Spice really a health crisis? ALAN MURRAY A Cache Valley resident lights up as he begins to smoke some spice at his apartment. The Cache County Council recently outlawed spice in unincorporated areas, and the Logan Municipal Council is considering banning the substance within city limits.

  1. Yeah this is getting ridiculous. If pot wasn't illegal then users wouldn't have to turn to unsafe alternatives. By outlawing the natural plant they encourage the unnatural chemicals. Dumb.

  3. I've always wanted to try spice, I keep hearing more and more about it. Though, I'm hearing alot of negativities, too.. Headaches/etc.

  4. Aye, i agreed. If it was legal there would be lot less criminal activities about it + state would get money from taxes.
